In that capacity, she is responsible for raising the resources needed for the organization’s programs, for building partnerships with the corporate, philanthropy and public sectors, and for Be-Atzmi’s public affairs. Hily first came to the organization as a volunteer while studying for her B.A. in the Women and Gender Studies Program at Tel Aviv University. She also has a M.A. in General Literature from Tel Aviv University.

Hily: “In my view, it is a great privilege to engage partners from the corporate and philanthropy sector, collaborate, and invest resources in our programs. Thanks to these collaborations and resources, underprivileged women and men receive opportunity and tools that enable them to make a meaningful and sustainable life change on their own.”
