Ilanit has widespread financial management experience in and social sector, in addition to managing administrative systems. She has a degree in Economics and Management and has worked at Be-Atzmi since 2006. In her current position, Ilanit is responsible for implementing regulatory, management and control requirements pertaining to the organization’s budgets and accounts. She also oversees the interface between the Board’s Finance Committee and Audit Committee.
