Hily has been managing the Resource Development and Public Affairs Department at Be-Atzmi since 2005. In that capacity, she is responsible for raising the resources needed for the organization’s programs, for building partnerships with the corporate, philanthropy and public sectors, and for Be-Atzmi’s public affairs. Hily first came to the organization as a volunteer while studying for her B.A. in the Women and Gender Studies Program at Tel Aviv University. She also has a M.A. in General Literature from Tel Aviv University.
