Yaara has filled management, training and professional development positions in organizations engaged in social change. In the past decade, her work has focused on advancing employment and education among underprivileged groups. Yaara has a B.A. in Sociology and the Humanities from Tel Aviv University and an M.A. in Legal Studies from Bar-Ilan University. She is also certified in group facilitation, training development and knowledge management.
Yaara: “I believe that the way to achieve profound social change in Israel has to include greater education and employment opportunities for the individuals in society, enabling them to attain self-fulfillment and self-sufficiency. That way, society will facilitate equality for all its citizens and create positive civic involvement.”
