Nira Zimels is closely familiar with the world of employment and employment promotion. In her previous position as Deputy Director General of Clients at the Israeli Employment Service, she headed a number of divisions, including client services, employer relations and digital technologies. She also managed the flagship program Employment Circles, which is intended for marginalized and disadvantaged population groups.
In the past, Nira served as CEO of Manpower Professional, which is an executive placement firm, and CEO of Manpower Bereshit, which specializes in the ultra-Orthodox community and the Arab sector.
Nira has a B.A. in Political Science and Sociology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an M.B.A. from Bar-Ilan University.
