Shira is an occupational social worker with extensive experience in community social work and community mediation. In the past, she directed the Employment Empowerment program at Be-Atzmi and currently manages a variety of employment advancement programs run by the organization. Shira has a B.A. in Social Work and an M.A. in Social Work from the Hebrew University, with a specialty in policy and community. She also trains students at the Hebrew University’s School of Social Work.
